We will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships.
We provide an estimated delivery date with all orders, and we anticipate that the majority of packages will be delivered within this time-frame. The shipping time-frame starts when the item ships, after having been selected and packed in the box we’ve prepared for you. However, please be aware that circumstances outside of our control in the shipping process can cause delays, and processing time does vary.
In line with the shipping industry’s standards, ship time is calculated by business days, meaning Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays don’t count toward the total time. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Please be aware that certain products contain hazardous materials that are subject to transportation regulations which can delay delivery.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. Before you accept delivery of your parcel, please inspect it. If any issue exists, you may refuse delivery. Once you have accepted delivery, you have 30 days to contact us regarding defects, damage or other issues.
As long as the tags are still attached and/or the item is in its original packaging (unopened), all new and unused items are eligible for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. We’ll cover shipping and restocking, free of charge.
Refund method and timing:
We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
For returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

1. PLACING YOUR ORDER

All Orders must be accepted by mooswinkel.com. Hence an email that you receive from mooswinkel.com acknowledging that your Order has been received, does not mean that your Order has been accepted. Your Order is only accepted when you are sent confirmation of shipping information with a tracking number. Until this tracking information is sent to you, all aspects of your Order including prices, are yet to be accepted. While we do everything in our power to prevent errors in Orders, in the event of an error in our communication, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise, cancel or refund your Order if necessary.
Please note that Products purchased by you are to only be for personal or gift use – any other use is not permitted under the Terms. All Orders are subject to availability. Our Products are specially packed for shipping in environmentally friendly packaging and a suitable box. Shipping boxes may be different for larger Orders. Shipping and handling charges are provided at the time of ordering, when details are entered via our checkout page. You agree to check all charges before submitting your Order. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges presented to you at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time, but we will provide notice of the charges applicable to you before you make your purchase. When you place your Order, you will also be provided with an estimated range of time that it will take your Order to reach you; please note that these dates are only provided as an estimate. Your Order is shipped to you via nura’s third-party shipping provider and a local carrier. This means that title to, and the risk of loss for, all Products passes to the buyer upon our delivery of the Products to the third party carrier. In no event will we be liable for any loss, damage, or penalty resulting from a delay in shipment or delivery.

TO THE EXTENT OUR LIABILITY CAN BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW TO RESUPPLYING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE, OUR LIABILITY IS SO LIMITED. THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF US, FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRODUCTS, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO PURCHASE OR USE OUR PRODUCTS IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS, OR $100.
